Company Entity definition

Company Entity means each of the Company and its Subsidiaries.
Company Entity means the Company, or any of its directly or indirectly majority owned subsidiaries (whether organized as corporations, limited liability companies or other legal entities).
Company Entity means any of the Company or any Company Subsidiary.

  • This Agreement constitutes, and each other Transaction Document when so delivered will constitute, a legal, valid and binding obligation of such Company Entity, enforceable against each Company Entity that is party thereto in accordance with its terms except as enforceability may be limited by applicable Insolvency or Liquidation Proceeding and by general equitable principles (whether enforcement is sought by proceedings in equity or at law).

Company Entity means (i) the Company, (ii) any subsidiary of the Company, (iii) any employee benefit plan of the Company or of any subsidiary of the Company or (iv) any entity organized, appointed or established pursuant to the terms of any such employee benefit plan.
