Deferred Purchase Price Amount definition

Deferred Purchase Price Amount means with respect to any Purchased Receivable and Related Security, the Net Invoice Amount of such Purchased Receivable multiplied by 1.00%.
Deferred Purchase Price Amount shall have the meaning provided in Section 3.1 of this Agreement.
Deferred Purchase Price Amount means the amounts payable to Holdings in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in Exhibit D.
