Dedicated Transit Service provides for the dedicated connection between a Compass Collocation arrangement established pursuant to applicable tariffs and/or license agreements at a BA premises and a Collocation arrangement of a third Party carrier that maintains a Collocation arrangement at the same premises. Dedicated Transit Service shall be provided using a cross-connection (dedicated connection) using suitable BA - provided cable or transmission facilities or any other mutually agreed upon arrangement.
