Date of Market Introduction definition

Date of Market Introduction means the later of (a) the receipt and acceptance by BMC of [preproduction quantity to be determined] Instruments meeting the specifications described in Appendix A and approved by BMC, or (b) the sale and shipment of Instruments to an end-user by BMC.
Date of Market Introduction of a Product shall mean the date of the receipt and acceptance by Company of a quantity of twenty (20) units of the Product meeting the specifications of the DMR for said Product.
Date of Market Introduction means date of the first sale for end use or consumption of the product after the receipt and acceptance by EXIGENT of 25 Instruments meeting the production specifications.

  • Relevant market area means as follows:

  • Generating Market Buyer means an Internal Market Buyer that is a Load Serving Entity that owns or has contractual rights to the output of generation resources capable of serving the Market Buyer’s load in the PJM Region, or of selling energy or related services in the PJM Interchange Energy Market or elsewhere.   • Relevant Market The market for overnight cash borrowing collateralised by US Government securities.

  • Major Trading Area or "MTA" means Major Trading Area as defined by the FCC in 47 C.F.R. Part 24.202.

  • Free Trading means that (a) the shares or certificate(s) representing the applicable shares of Common Stock have been cleared and approved for public resale by the compliance departments of Lender’s brokerage firm and the clearing firm servicing such brokerage, and (b) such shares are held in the name of the clearing firm servicing Lender’s brokerage firm and have been deposited into such clearing firm’s account for the benefit of Lender.

  • Principal Trading Market means the Trading Market on which the Common Stock is primarily listed on and quoted for trading, which, as of the date of this Agreement and the Closing Date, shall be the Nasdaq Capital Market.

  • Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC)” means a telephone company certificated by the Commission to provide local Exchange Service within AT&T-21STATE’s franchised area.

  • Closing Market Price means the price at which the company’s security was last sold, on the applicable date,
