DAMAGE TO COUNTY FACILITIES, BUILDINGS OR GROUNDS. 8.16.1 The Contractor shall repair, or cause to be repaired, at its own cost, any and all damage to County facilities, buildings, or grounds caused by the Contractor or employees or agents of the Contractor. If VENDOR fails to make timely repairs, COUNTY may make any necessary repairs. All costs incurred by COUNTY, as determined by COUNTY for such repairs shall be repaid by VENDOR by cash payment upon demand or COUNTY may deduct such costs from any amounts due to VENDOR from COUNTY.
