Cutting authority area definition

Cutting authority area means the area where timber may be harvested under authority of;
Cutting authority area means the area where timber may be harvested under a cutting authority which has a unique timber mark or marks;

  • Balancing Authority Area or “BAA” shall mean the collection of generation, transmission, and loads within the metered boundaries of the Balancing Authority. The Balancing Authority maintains load-resource balance within this area.
