Examples of Customer Penalties in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, any Customer Penalties attributable to such Force Majeure Event shall be deducted from Net Profits.

Related to Customer Penalties

  • Statutory Penalties are those amounts awarded as a penalty, but are fixed in amount by statute.
