Examples of Customer Penalties in a sentence

  • If, after such deductions or upon reaching the end of the two (2) calendar quarter period, the Customer Penalties exceed the Deducted Customer Penalties, ETON will invoice Sintetica for such difference and Sintetica will pay such invoice in full within sixty (60) days of receipt thereof.
