CAISO Penalties definition

CAISO Penalties means any fees, liabilities, assessments, or similar charges assessed by the CAISO for (a) violation of the CAISO Tariff and all applicable protocols, WECC rules or CAISO operating instructions or orders or (b) as a result of Seller’s failure to follow Prudent Electrical Practices. “CAISO Penalties” do not include the costs and charges related to Scheduling and imbalances as addressed in Section 14.1 of this Agreement.
CAISO Penalties means any fees, liabilities, assessments, or similar charges assessed by the CAISO for (a) violation of the CAISO Tariff and all applicable protocols, WECC rules or CAISO operating instructions or orders or (b) as a result of a Party’s failure to follow Good Utility Practices. In either case, “CAISO Penalties” do not include the costs and charges related to scheduling and Imbalance Energy as addressed in Section 4.6(b) of this Agreement.
CAISO Penalties do not include the costs and charges related to Scheduling and imbalances as addressed in Section 14.1 of this Agreement.

Examples of CAISO Penalties in a sentence

  • Seller shall assume all liability and reimburse Buyer for any and all CAISO Penalties incurred by Buyer because of Seller’s failure to adhere to its obligations under the CAISO Tariff or any CAISO directive or to perform any covenant or obligation set forth in this Agreement.

  • Seller shall assume all liability and reimburse Buyer for any and all costs and charges incurred by Buyer, including but not limited to CAISO Penalties, as a result of Seller delivering Energy in violation of Section 6.8.

CAISO Penalties has the meaning set forth in Section 4.8.
CAISO Penalties means any fees, liabilities, assessments, or similar charges assessed by the CAISO.

Related to CAISO Penalties

  • Civil penalty means a penalty which is imposed on a credit provider by the operation of this Act and under which the debtor is not liable to pay to the credit provider an amount otherwise payable under a regulated contract.

  • High Deductible Health Plan means a Health Plan as defined by 26 USC § 223(c)(2)(A) that also is a Qualified Health Plan.

  • Health and Human Services Commission or “HHSC” means the administrative agency established under Chapter 531, Texas Government Code, or its designee.

  • Section 409A means Section 409A of the Code and the regulations and other guidance promulgated thereunder.
