Section 12.17 Sample Clauses
Section 12.17. 2 It is mutually agreed and understood that an employee who is employed in two or more Kennewick 3 School District bargaining units of the Public School Employees of Washington shall receive insurance 4 benefits based upon the employee's total FTE within the District, computed at the 1,440-hour formula. 5 The employee receiving such benefits shall be considered a member of the insurance pool in which the 7 pool to which the employee is assigned. In the event that hours worked in two (2) or more units are 8 equally divided between units, the District and Association will consult and assign the employee to an 9 insurance pool. All PSE units have so agreed.
Section 12.17. 17 In determining whether an employee subject to this Agreement is eligible for participation in the 18 Washington State Public Employees' Retirement System, the District shall report all hours worked, 19 whether straight time, overtime, or otherwise.
