Securities Custodian definition

Securities Custodian means the Trustee, as custodian with respect to the Securities in global form, or any successor thereto.
Securities Custodian means the custodian with respect to a Global Security (as appointed by the Depository), or any successor Person thereto and shall initially be the Trustee.
Securities Custodian means the custodian with respect to the Global Note (as appointed by DTC), or any successor Person thereto and shall initially be the Trustee.
