Custodian Accounts definition

Custodian Accounts means each of the Borrower A Custodian Account, the Borrower B Custodian Account and any Acceding Borrower Custodian Account.
Custodian Accounts means the custodian accounts in relation to the PLL SPI WP Fund within the meaning given to the term "Phoenix With-Profits Custodian Accounts" in the Deed of Fixed Charge;

Examples of Custodian Accounts in a sentence

  • Custodian will open and maintain one or more special purpose deposit accounts in the name of Custodian ("Accounts"), subject only to draft or order by Custodian upon receipt of instructions.

  • IRA / Custodian Accounts may not direct distributions without the custodian’s approval.

  • With respect to certain retirement plans or accounts for which CDI maintains custodial account agreements, such as individual retirement accounts ("IRAs"), SIMPLE IRAs, SEP IRAs, Xxxx IRAs, 403(b) Plans and Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Accounts (such accounts, "Custodian Accounts"), the Transfer Agent shall perform the following services.

  • In the event that any account(s) are opened by the custodian/sub-custodian directly without any trading facility, such account(s) opened by the Custodian/sub-custodian shall be known as Custodian Account(s) and the Securities therein shall be known as Custodian Securities.

  • Custody and Revenue Control Agreement means the Agreement among the IFA, KPTIA, the Custodian, the Revenue Control Manager and the TSP, pursuant to which the Custodian will establish and maintain the Custodian Accounts.

  • If you ever owe us or any of our affiliates money and that money is due, we can on our own behalf and on behalf of our affiliates, to the extent allowed by law and without notice to you, use the money from any or all of your accounts (except IRA, Irrevocable Trust or Custodian Accounts) or any account in which you are a co-owner to pay the debt (set-off).

  • Custodian Accounts Accounts held in trust for a minor or accounts opened under the Uniform Gift to Minors Act (MCL 554.451 et seq.) are considered unclaimed after three years.

  • Valuation Subject to paragraph 5 (Conditions Precedent, Calculations and Substitutions) and paragraph 6 (Dispute Resolution), upon a demand made by PLAE on or promptly following a Valuation Date, if the Delivery Amount for that Valuation Date equals or exceeds the Minimum Transfer Amount, then PLL will transfer to the Custodian Accounts Eligible Collateral having a Value as of the date of transfer at least equal to the applicable Delivery Amount.

Related to Custodian Accounts

  • Custodian Account means an account subject to a Custodian Agreement.

  • Custodian bank means as defined in section 515.35.

  • Custodian Agreement means any Custodian Agreement from time to time in effect between the Custodian named therein and the Trust Collateral Agent, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof, which Custodian Agreement and any amendments, supplements or modifications thereto shall be acceptable to the Controlling Party (the Custodian Agreement which is effective on the Closing Date is acceptable to the Controlling Party).

  • Depository Accounts shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.15(h) hereof.

  • Custodial Accounts Each Custodial Account (other than an Escrow Account) established and maintained by a Servicer pursuant to a Servicing Agreement with respect to the Mortgage Loans.

  • Custodian Fee As to any Distribution Date and each Mortgage Loan, an amount equal to the product of the Custodian Fee Rate and the outstanding Stated Principal Balance of such Mortgage Loan as of the first day of the related Due Period. “Custodian Fee Rate”: 0.002% per annum.

  • Collateral Custodian Fee means the fee to be paid to the Collateral Custodian as set forth in the Custody Agreement.

  • Servicing Accounts The account or accounts created and maintained pursuant to Section 3.08.

  • Mortgagor Accounts As defined in Section 3.07(a) of this Agreement.

  • Disbursement Accounts has the meaning ascribed to it in Annex C.

  • Collection Accounts As defined in Section 3.10(a).

  • Issuer Accounts means, collectively, the Excess Funding Account, the Collection Account and any Supplemental Issuer Account, including any Sub-Accounts thereof.

  • Accounts means all presently existing and hereafter arising accounts, contract rights, and all other forms of obligations owing to Borrower arising out of the sale or lease of goods (including, without limitation, the licensing of software and other technology) or the rendering of services by Borrower, whether or not earned by performance, and any and all credit insurance, guaranties, and other security therefor, as well as all merchandise returned to or reclaimed by Borrower and Borrower's Books relating to any of the foregoing.

  • Agency Account(s means any deposit account opened on the books of a Subcustodian or other banking institution in accordance with Section 7.1 hereof.

  • Lockbox Accounts means the accounts maintained by Borrower at the Lockbox Banks into which all collections or payments on their Accounts and other Collateral are paid.

  • Custodial P&I Account The Custodial P&I Account, as defined in each of the Servicing Agreements, with respect to the Mortgage Loans. In determining whether the Custodial P&I Account under any Servicing Agreement is "acceptable" to the Master Servicer (as may be required by the definition of "Eligible Account" contained in the Servicing Agreements), the Master Servicer shall require that any such account shall be acceptable to each of the Rating Agencies. Custodian: Initially, the Trustee, and thereafter the Custodian, if any, hereafter appointed by the Trustee pursuant to Section 8.13, or its successor in interest under the Custodial Agreement. The Custodian may (but need not) be the Trustee or any Person directly or indirectly controlling or controlled by or under common control of the Trustee. Neither a Servicer, nor the Seller nor the Master Servicer nor any Person directly or indirectly controlling or controlled by or under common control with any such Person may be appointed Custodian.

  • Indian custodian means any Indian person who has legal custody of an Indian child under tribal law or custom or under State law or to whom temporary physical care, custody, and control has been transferred by the parent of such child;

  • Designated Accounts as used in any security agreement means both the Designated Accounts hereunder and the “Designated Accounts” in the comparable agreement entered into with respect to any other Pledgor.

  • Client Accounts means accounts of Clients (i) that are Controlled by an Access Person and (ii) in which no Access Person has a substantial proportionate economic interest; provided that, the Client pays a management, advisory or any other similar arms-length fee to the Access Person and the beneficiary of the Client Account is not an Immediate Family member of an Access Person.

  • Loan Account has the meaning set forth in Section 2.10.

  • Investment Accounts means the Collateral Account, Securities Accounts, Commodities Accounts and Deposit Accounts.

  • Collateral Custodian means U.S. Bank National Association, solely in its capacity as collateral custodian, together with its successors and permitted assigns in such capacity.

  • Trust Accounts has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 5.1.

  • Project Accounts means the accounts referred to in Section 3.03 (a) of this Agreement;

  • Depository Bank means the Institution that issues a specific Depositary Receipt on behalf of the underlying company. The Depository Bank maintains a holding of Stock in the Underlying on which it is able to issue Depositary Receipts;

  • Collection Account Control Agreement means the Amended and Restated Collection Account Control Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, among the Borrower, the Servicer, the Administrative Agent and the Collection Account Bank, substantially in the form of Exhibit D-3 hereto, as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.
