Cure Process definition

Cure Process means the process described in Section 5 .a.i of this Consent Decree.

Examples of Cure Process in a sentence

  • VBM Cure Process: The law requires the Election Office to send a letter and verification form to voters who forgot to sign their return envelope or whose signatures did not match their signatures on file.

  • Competitive Process means a formal sealed, electronic, or web-based bid procedure used for all nonclaims related purchases for goods and services over fifty thousand dollars. For purchases between five thousand dollars and fifty thousand dollars, competitive process means quotations obtained from at least three vendors by telephone or written quotations, or both, and supported by evidence of competition. Purchases up to five thousand dollars are exempt from competitive bids providing procurement is based on obtaining maximum quality at minimum cost.

  • Administrative proceeding means a non-judicial process that is adjudicatory in nature in order to make a determination of fault or liability (e.g., Securities and Exchange Commission Administrative Proceedings, Civilian Board of Contract Appeals Proceedings, and Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals Proceedings). This includes administrative proceedings at the Federal and State level but only in connection with performance of a Federal contract or grant. It does not include agency actions such as contract audits, site visits, corrective plans, or inspection of deliverables.

  • Application Process means the online application process under which the Applicant applies for Hospitality Packages on the Webshop.

  • Bidding Process means the procurement procedure under which sealed bids are invited, received, opened, examined and evaluated for the purpose of awarding a contract;

  • Claims Process means the process for Settlement Class Members’ submission of Claims, as described in Section III.

  • Proposed Change Order (PCO means a document that informs Contractor of a proposed change in the Work and appropriately describes or otherwise documents such change including Contractor’s response of pricing for the proposed change.

  • Full Notice to Proceed means that all material third party contractors have been given the notice to proceed with construction by the Capacity Market Seller or its agent, with a guaranteed completion date backed by liquidated damages.

  • Agreed Process means any process agreed between the parties in respect of a Dispute other than the Dispute Resolution Procedure, as may be amended between the parties.

  • In process means the student has received at least one dose of the required immunizations and is waiting the minimum time interval to receive the additional dose(s).
