Cure Notices definition

Cure Notices means collectively, the Notice Regarding Assumption of (I) Executory Contracts, (II) Proposed Cure Amounts, and (III) Related Procedures (ECF No. 723), and any other supplemental cure notices filed in accordance with the Plan.
Cure Notices means all notices to counterparties to Executory Contracts, including those Filed by the Debtors at Docket Nos. 120, 121, 122, 125, 523 and including all amendments and supplements thereto and any additional such notices that may be Filed and served from time to time.
Cure Notices has the meaning given in the definition of Cure Costs. “Debtors” collectively means Sellers.
