CTI Intellectual Property definition

CTI Intellectual Property means all patents, patent applications, patent disclosures and all related continuation, continuation-in-part, divisional, reissue, reexamination, utility model, renewals, extensions, certificate of invention and design patents, patent applications, registrations and applications for registrations, registered and unregistered trademarks, trademark applications, registered and unregistered service marks, service mark applications, tradenames, copyrights, trade secrets, domain names, information and proprietary rights and processes, similar or other intellectual property rights, subject matter of any of the foregoing, tangible embodiments of any of the foregoing, licenses in, to and under any of the foregoing, and any and all such cases as are necessary to CTI in the conduct of CTI’s business as now conducted and as presently proposed to be conducted.
CTI Intellectual Property means all intellectual property of CTI relating to the CTI Marks, the ChargePoint Network, the ChargePoint Services, ChargePass, ChargePass RFID Cards, ChargePass Accounts and all other Intellectual Property Rights of CTI.
CTI Intellectual Property means the CTI Know-How, the CTI Patents, the CTI Improvements, and the CTI Monoclonal Antibody.

  • Neither CTI nor any of its subsidiaries has entered into any agreement or arrangement, and neither CTI nor any of its subsidiaries is subject to any judgment, order or decree of any court or governmental or regulatory body, limiting the ability of CTI or its subsidiaries to exploit freely the CTI Intellectual Property or to transact business in any market in the Territory with any Third Party.

  • There is no pending or, to the knowledge of CTI, threatened action, claim, suit, proceeding, investigation or arbitration before any court or any governmental or regulatory body challenging the validity, scope, ownership, or right to use the CTI Intellectual Property.

  • To the knowledge of CTI, no Third Party is infringing, misappropriating or making any unauthorized use of any CTI Intellectual Property.

  • Both parties expressly agree that all materials, documents and information concerning a Study (whether or not confidential), including, without limitation, the protocol, case report forms, all papers, records, clinical data and other data provided to or possessed or developed by CTI for use in a Study, except CTI Intellectual Property as defined in Section 9.D. below (“Records”), are the sole and exclusive Confidential Information and/or property of Sponsor.

  • CTI has not received any written notice asserting infringement or misappropriation of any Intellectual Property rights of others nor has it received any written notice asserting the invalidity or unenforceability of any CTI Intellectual Property.

  • Except as set forth on Schedule 3.13(a) of the CTI Disclosure Schedules, to CTI's knowledge, CTI owns or has a valid right to use under applicable United States or foreign laws, as the case may be all Intellectual Property used in or necessary for the conduct of the business of CTI as currently conducted (the "CTI Intellectual Property").

  • Another interesting fact is the directed association between Adipsin (40282 S AT: a gene supposed to have a role in immune system biology) and CRBP1 (38634 AT: a gene known to contribute to cancer by disrupting the vitamin A metabolism).

Related to CTI Intellectual Property

  • New Intellectual Property means all data, discoveries, developments, inventions (whether patentable or not), improvements, methods of use or delivery, processes, know-how, or trade secrets which are generated, conceived, reduced to practice or otherwise made by or on behalf of Recipient as a result of the conduct of the Research Plan or as a result of the use of any Data Set provided to Recipient under this Agreement.

  • Licensed Intellectual Property means Intellectual Property licensed to the Company pursuant to the Company IP Agreements.

  • Product Intellectual Property means all of the following related to a Divestiture Product (other than Product Licensed Intellectual Property):

  • Intellectual Property the collective reference to all rights, priorities and privileges relating to intellectual property, whether arising under United States, multinational or foreign laws or otherwise, including copyrights, copyright licenses, patents, patent licenses, trademarks, trademark licenses, technology, know-how and processes, and all rights to xxx at law or in equity for any infringement or other impairment thereof, including the right to receive all proceeds and damages therefrom.

  • Excluded Intellectual Property means any Intellectual Property (including Software, but excluding Trademarks), owned by Seller and its Affiliates as of the date hereof that is not Acquired IP.

  • Company Intellectual Property means any Intellectual Property that is owned or purported to be owned by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Foreground Intellectual Property means all Intellectual Property developed by either Party pursuant to this Agreement;

  • Background Intellectual Property means all Intellectual Property introduced and required by either Party to give effect to their obligations under this Agreement owned in whole or in part by or licensed to either Party or their affiliates prior to the Commencement Date or developed after the Commencement Date otherwise pursuant to this Agreement;

  • Company Intellectual Property Rights means the Intellectual Property owned or used by the Company or any Company Subsidiary.
