Credit Approval Date definition

Credit Approval Date means, with respect to any Receivable, the date on which a Seller granted credit approval for the Obligor in accordance with the Credit Guidelines.

Credit Approval Date means, with respect to any Home Improvement Loan, the date prior to such Home Improvement Loan’s Origination Date on which Seller granted its credit approval for the origination of such Home Improvement Loan in accordance with Seller’s Underwriting Guidelines.

Related to Credit Approval Date

  • Letter of Credit Application means an application and agreement for the issuance or amendment of a Letter of Credit in the form from time to time in use by the L/C Issuer.

  • Approval Date means the date on which the Plan is approved by the Company’s stockholders.

  • LC Application an application by Borrower Agent to Issuing Bank for issuance of a Letter of Credit, in form and substance satisfactory to Issuing Bank.

  • Stockholder Approval Date means the date on which the Stockholder Approval is obtained.

  • Expiry Time means 5:00 p.m. (Toronto time) on the Expiry Date;

  • Scheme Effective Date means the date on which a copy of the High Court order sanctioning a Scheme is duly filed on behalf of the Target with the Registrar of Companies in accordance with section 899 of the Companies Act.

  • Shareholder Approval Date means the date on which this Plan is approved shareholders of the Company eligible to vote in the election of directors, by a vote sufficient to meet the requirements of Code Sections 162(m) (if applicable) and 422, Rule 16b-3 under the Exchange Act (if applicable), applicable requirements under the rules of any stock exchange or automated quotation system on which the Shares may be listed on quoted, and other laws, regulations and obligations of the Company applicable to the Plan.

  • Issuance Notice Date means any Trading Day during the Agency Period that an Issuance Notice is delivered pursuant to Section 3(b)(i).

  • Issuance Notice means a written notice delivered to the Agent by the Company in accordance with this Agreement in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A that is executed by its Chief Executive Officer, President or Chief Financial Officer.

  • Disclosure Statement Order means the order of the Bankruptcy Court approving the Disclosure Statement.
