Expiry Time definition

Expiry Time means 5:00 p.m. (Toronto time) on the Expiry Date;
Expiry Time means the time the Option expires on the Expiry Date, which is 5:00 p.m. local time in Vancouver, British Columbia on the Expiry Date.
Expiry Time has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 3.1(a);

  • In the event of any such subscription prior to the Expiry Time, the Holder shall be entitled to receive, without charge, a new Warrant Certificate in respect of the balance of the Warrant Shares which the Holder was entitled to subscribe for pursuant to this Warrant Certificate and which were then not purchased.

  • At the Expiry Time, all rights under the Warrants evidenced hereby, in respect of which the right of subscription and purchase herein provided for shall not theretofore have been exercised, shall expire and be of no further force and effect.
