Special Counsel means one special counsel to the Holders, for which the Holders will be reimbursed by the Company pursuant to Section 4.
FWS means Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx & Xxxxx LLP with offices located at 000 Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx 0000, Xxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxx 00000-0000.
General Counsel means J. Christopher Jackson or his successor.
Tower means a structure built for the sole or primary purpose of supporting an antenna and the associated facilities authorized or licensed by the federal communications commission. “Tower” includes structures constructed for wireless communications services, including but not limited to private, broadcast, and public safety services and unlicensed wireless services and fixed wireless services, such as microwave backhaul, and the associated site.
Lenders’ Counsel means the firm of XxXxxxxx Xxxxxxxx LLP or such other firm of legal counsel as the Agent may from time to time designate.
Law firm means both of the following:
Special Legal Counsel means a law firm, or a member of a law firm, that is experienced in matters of corporate law and neither presently is, or in the past two years has been, retained to represent (i) the Indemnitor or the Indemnitee in any matter material to either such party, or (ii) any other party to the Proceeding giving rise to a claim for indemnification hereunder.
Quebec Counsel means Siskinds Desmeules s.e.n.c.r.l.
Legal Counsel means attorneys and staff employed by county
Closing time means the date and hour specified in the bidding documents for the receipt of bids.
Lead Counsel means The Rosen Law Firm, P.A.
Park or "parking" means the standing of a vehicle, whether occupied or not, except when a vehicle is temporarily standing for the purpose of and while actually engaged in loading or unloading.
