Covered Portfolio Swaption definition

Covered Portfolio Swaption means a Portfolio Swaption for which:
Covered Portfolio Swaption means a Portfolio Swaption for which: the Affected Reference Entity is a Reference Entity under the Underlying CDS; (b) "Auction Settlement" is the applicable Settlement Method under the Underlying CDS; (c) the Swaption Trade Date is on or prior to the Auction Final Price Determination Date;

Examples of Covered Portfolio Swaption in a sentence

  • In respect of each Covered Transaction that is not a Covered Portfolio Swaption, (A) the Cash Settlement Date under the Covered Transaction or the Cash Settlement Date in respect of the Tribune Portion, as applicable, shall be the Cash Settlement Date specified in the Auction Methodology, and (B) in respect of each Covered Portfolio Swaption, the Cash Settlement Date shall be as set out under clause (f) "Portfolio Swaptions" below.

  • In respect of each Covered Transaction that is not a Covered Portfolio Swaption, (A) the Cash Settlement Date under the Covered Transaction or the Cash Settlement Date in respect of the Landsbanki Portion, as applicable, shall be the Cash Settlement Date specified in the Auction Methodology, and (B) in respect of each Covered Portfolio Swaption, the Cash Settlement Date shall be as set out under clause (f) "Portfolio Swaptions" below.
