Council Executive definition

Council Executive means the Council’s Executive as defined in the City Councils Constitution.
Council Executive means the Commodore, the Secretary, the Treasurer and the Chair of the Technical Committee
Council Executive. – means the President, Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer of the Council.

  • Medical Executive Committee or “MEC” means the Executive Committee of the Medical Staff.

  • Vigilance and Ethics Officer means an officer appointed to receive protected disclosures from whistle blowers, maintaining records thereof, placing the same before the Audit Committee for its disposal and informing the Whistle Blower the result thereof.
