Cost Fund definition

Cost Fund means a non-interest bearing escrow account for payment of Plaintiffs’ Counsel’s Litigation Costs, as approved by the Court, and Notice and Administration Expenses, into which the Cost Fund Amount shall be deposited, and shall be maintained in an account at JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A.
Cost Fund. An account consisting $30,000,000, composed of the MDL Direct Cost Fund and the Subdivision Cost and Expense Fund, as provided below.
Cost Fund and “Cost Fund Amount” shall have the meanings defined in § 2.3.1 of this Agreement.

  • The Pre- Effective Date costs associated with the Cost and Expense Fund Administrator shall be paid from funds in the Cost Fund.

Related to Cost Fund

  • Improvement Fund means the Improvement Fund for General Obligation Temporary Notes, Series 2017-1 created pursuant to Section 501 hereof.

  • Project Fund means the fund required to be established by this Resolution for the deposit of the proceeds of the Bonds.

  • Endowment fund means an institutional fund or part thereof that, under the terms of a gift instrument, is not wholly expendable by the institution on a current basis. The term does not include assets that an institution designates as an endowment fund for its own use.

  • Project Funds means all moneys disbursed to the Recipient by the State Water Board for eligible Project Costs pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Settlement Fund means the Settlement Amount plus any and all interest earned thereon.

  • Trust Fund The trust fund established by the Trust Agreement, the assets of which consist of the Mortgage Loans and any other assets as set forth therein. Trustee: U.S. Bank National Association, or any successor in interest, or if any successor trustee or co-trustee shall be appointed as provided in the Trust Agreement, then such successor trustee or such co-trustee, as the case may be.

  • Operating Costs means the incremental expenses incurred by the Recipient on account of Project implementation, management, and monitoring, including for office space rental, utilities, and supplies, bank charges, communications, vehicle operation, maintenance, and insurance, building and equipment maintenance, advertising expenses, travel and supervision, salaries of contractual and temporary staff, but excluding salaries, fees, honoraria, and bonuses of members of the Recipient’s civil service.

  • Direct Cost means a cost not to exceed the cost of labor, material, travel and other expenditures to the extent the costs are directly incurred to provide the relevant assistance or service. “Direct Cost” to the Acquirer for its use of any of a Respondent’s employees’ labor shall not exceed the average hourly wage rate for such employee;

  • Project Costs means all allowable costs, as set forth in the applicable Federal cost principles, incurred by a recipient and the value of the contribu- tions made by third parties in accom- plishing the objectives of the award during the project period.

  • Project Cost means the price payable to Service Provider over the entire period of Agreement (i.e. Rs. <in words>) for the full and proper performance of its contractual obligations.

  • Administrative cost means a fee imposed to cover:
