Core Team Member definition

Core Team Member refers to the key personnel nominated by the Chief Executive Officer of China Finance and recognized by the Board of Directors of China Finance.

  • The Project Manager, or such other Core Team Member agreed by the parties, shall be the primary contact for Synergy and shall timely address all issues and concerns raised by Synergy, as well as provide to Synergy all information requested by Synergy concerning this Agreement or the Services.

Related to Core Team Member

  • Team Member means a member of the European Border and Coast Guard standing corps deployed through a border management team to participate in an operational activity;

  • Team Members means the members of the Team, jointly and severally;

  • Development Team means and includes the Applicant, Owner, Developer, General Partner, Qualified Management Company, and HC Consultant identified as such in the Application.

  • Project Steering Committee means the committee referred to in Section I.A.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • Project Team means Owner, Contractor, A/E and consultants, any separate Contractors employed by Owner, and others employed for the purpose of programming, design, and construction of the Project. The members of the Project Team will be designated in writing by Owner and may be modified from time to time in writing by Owner.
