Core Account definition

Core Account means the bookkeeping record maintained under the Plan reflecting the following amounts allocated under the Plan on behalf of certain Participants, adjusted for the net earnings or losses thereon:

Core Account means the primary WeLab Bank account opened with WeLab Bank Limited (“WeLab Bank”, “we”, “us” or “our”) and has the same meaning as used in the “Account Terms”.

Examples of Core Account in a sentence

• Company Core Contributions made for a Member shall be allocated to the Company Core Account of such Member, as soon as practicable after such contributions are made to the Trust Fund.

• Company Core Contributions shall be credited to the Member’s Company Core Account.

• For any Plan Year, a Participant’s Supplemental Core Account may be credited with an additional amount, as determined by the Company in its sole discretion, which amount, if any, shall be allocated to the accounts of that group of Participants designated by the Company it its sole discretion.

• If there are insufficient funds in the SPO, fees shall be deducted from the BrokerageLink Core Account.

• The transfer will involve a redemption from the BrokerageLink Core Account.

• The proceeds from the liquidated securities will be credited to the BrokerageLink Core Account.

• Fidelity will then redeposit the assets into the BrokerageLink Core Account.

• If there are sufficient assets in the BrokerageLink Core Account, then Fidelity will initiate the transfer to the SPO Default Fund to cover the fee or distribution.

• In the case where FIIOC initiates a sell trade to collect account fees FIIOC will look to the BrokerageLink Core Account.

• If the BrokerageLink Core Account does not contain sufficient assets, Fidelity will place a sell trade order(s) in the Participant Account.
