Convertible Preference Shares definition

Convertible Preference Shares means Series A Convertible Preference Shares, Series B Convertible Preference Shares and the Series C Convertible Preference Shares.
Convertible Preference Shares means the limited-voting convertible preference shares of the Company;
Convertible Preference Shares means the preference shares of beneficial interest in the Trust which have been converted into shares of Series A Convertible Preferred Stock (as defined below).

Convertible Preference Shares means convertible preference shares in the capital of the Company and having the rights and benefits and subject to the restrictions set out in Appendix I hereto;
