Sanctions Authority means (i) the United States, (ii) the United Nations Security Council, (iii) the European Union, (iv) the United Kingdom or (v) the respective governmental institutions of any of the foregoing including, without limitation, Her Majesty’s Treasury, the Office of Foreign Assets Control of the US Department of the Treasury, the US Department of Commerce, the US Department of State and any other agency of the US government.
Customs authority means the authority that is responsible under the law of a Party for the administration and enforcement of customs laws and regulations; Customs duty includes any duty or charge of any kind imposed in connection with the importation of goods, but does not include any:
Central Bank UCITS Regulations means the Central Bank (Supervision and Enforcement)
European Data Protection Laws means the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and data protection laws of the European Economic Area (“EEA”) and their member states and the FADP.
Central Bank means the Central Bank of Ireland;

Balancing Authority Area means the collection of generation, transmission, and loads within the metered boundaries of a balancing authority. A balancing authority maintains load-resource balance within this area.
