Contribution and Sale Agreement definition

Contribution and Sale Agreement means the Amended and Restated Contribution and Sale Agreement dated as of the date hereof between the Originator and the Seller, together with all amendments, restatements, supplements and modifications thereof or thereto.

Contribution and Sale Agreement has the meaning set forth in the recitals of this Agreement.
