Xxxxxxxx Group definition

Xxxxxxxx Group means X. X. Xxxxxxxx, Xx., Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxxx, Xx. and their respective spouses, lineal descendants, estates and Affiliates, including Petro (a corporation wholly owned by X. X. Xxxxxxxx, Xx.) and JAJCO II, Inc. (a corporation wholly owned by Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxxx, Xx.).

Xxxxxxxx Group means the line of business operated by Xxxxx.xxx, Inc. and its subsidiaries as of the Term B-1 Effective Date as reasonably determined by the Borrower.

Xxxxxxxx Group means Cherry Creek Dodge, Incorporated, Xxxxxxx X. Corp., Colorado Springs Jeep/Eagle, Inc., Foothills Automotive Plaza, Inc., L.A.H. Automotive Enterprises, Inc. and Xxxxxxxx Auto Corp., all Colorado corporations, and Reno Auto Sales, Inc., a Nevada corporation.

Xxxxxxxx Group means the affiliated group of which Xxxxxxxx is the common parent.
