The occurrence of any of the events described in Section 7.01 of the Continuing Covenant Agreement, which pursuant to Section 1.02(a) hereof are incorporated herein (whatever the reason for such event and whether voluntary, involuntary, or effected by operation of Law), unless waived in writing by the Owners of not less than a majority in aggregate principal amount of the Outstanding Bonds, shall constitute an Event of Default hereunder.
