Standstill Agreement definition

Standstill Agreement shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.03.

Standstill Agreement means the Standstill Agreement, dated as of August 11, 2009, by and between the Company and Sageview Capital Master, L.P., as it may be amended or modified from time to time.
