Contactless Payment Reader definition

Contactless Payment Reader means a point-of-sale device or system (as approved by the Card Issuer/Visa in its sole and absolute discretion from time to time) at which the Card may be used to execute Card Transactions, either by tapping or waving the Card against such reader.

  • By enrolling a Card as a Mobile Card to a Digital Wallet, authenticating and (i) placing your mobile device near a merchant’s Contactless Payment Reader or Magnetic Stripe reader, or (ii) using such Mobile Card for in-app purchase and/or digital commerce payments, you are authorising payment for the merchant’s products or services with that Mobile Card with the Digital Wallet.

  • Each transaction made using the Contactless Payment Reader is referred to in these terms as a “Contactless Transaction” (collectively, “ Contactless Transactions”) and each transaction made using a Magnetic Stripe Reader is referred to in these terms as a “Magnetic Secure Transmission Transaction” or “MST Transaction” (collectively, “MST Transactions”).

  • You acknowledge that your Mobile Card may be used to carry out transactions, by tapping or waving the Mobile Card at a Contactless Payment Reader or a Magnetic Stripe Reader, for amounts not exceeding (a) S$100 per transaction for Contactless Transactions, or such other amount which we may specify from time to time; and (b) such limit which we may specify from time to time for MST Transactions.

  • Transactions made using the Contactless Payment Reader is referred to in these Terms and Conditions as "Contactless Transactions".

  • You understand that by enrolling a Card as a Digital Card to a Digital Wallet and using the Digital Card either by (i) placing or waving your mobile device near a merchant's Contactless Payment Reader or (ii) using such Digital Card for in-app purchase and/or digital commerce payments, you are authorizing payment for a merchant's products or services with that particular Digital Card in the Digital Wallet.

  • Use of your Digital Card is allowed at a merchant's premises where a Digital Wallet is accepted as a method of payment, either by tapping or waving the Digital Card at a merchant's contactless-enabled point of sale terminal or reader ("Contactless Payment Reader").

  • You acknowledge that your Mobile Card may be used to carry out transactions, by tapping or waving the Mobile Card at a Contactless Payment Reader or a Magnetic Stripe Reader, subject to such applicable limits or conditions which we may specify.

  • Contactless means a payment feature that provides You with a way to pay by tapping the Card on a point–of–sale terminal reader for transactions of up to a specified limit.

  • New business premium rate means, for each class of business as to a rating period, the lowest premium rate charged or offered, or which could have been charged or offered, by the small employer carrier to small employers with similar case characteristics for newly issued health benefit plans with the same or similar coverage;

  • LOCKHEED XXXXXX Procurement Representative means a person authorized by LOCKHEED XXXXXX'x cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.

  • Calling Name Delivery Service (CNDS means a service that enables a terminating End User to identify the calling Party by a displayed name before a call is answered. The calling Party’s name is retrieved from a calling name database and delivered to the End User’s premise between the first and second ring for display on compatible End User premises equipment.

  • Access Point means a provider, public or private institution, advocacy organization, legal representative, or educational institution with staff trained to complete applications and guide individuals with a disability to needed services.

  • Data Universal Numbering System+4 (DUNS+4) number means the DUNS number means the number assigned by D&B plus a 4-character suffix that may be assigned by a business concern. (D&B has no affiliation with this 4-character suffix.) This 4- character suffix may be assigned at the discretion of the business concern to establish additional SAM records for identifying alternative Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) accounts (see the FAR at Subpart 32.11) for the same concern.

  • Prepaid wireless calling service means a telecommunications service:

  • Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number means the 9-digit number assigned by Dun and Bradstreet, Inc. (D&B) to identify unique business entities.

  • Customer Account Information means personally identifiable information including Personal Data and Consumption Data. Customer Account Information also includes information received by the Company from the customer for purposes of participating in regulated utility programs, including, but not limited to bill pay assistance, shutoff protection, renewable energy, demand-side management, load management, or energy efficiency.

  • Statement Cycle means the period of time for which our credit union provides a summary of the financial activities and transactions that post and settle to the accountholder's account.

  • Wireless provider means a wireless infrastructure provider or a wireless services provider.

  • LOCKHEED MARTIN Procurement Representative means a person authorized by LOCKHEED MARTIN's cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.

  • Billing information means any data that enables any person to access a customer’s or donor’s account, such as a credit card, checking, savings, share or similar account, utility bill, mort- gage loan account, or debit card.

  • MONTHLY KILOMETREAGE STATEMENT CUM BILL means the format specified by the Company.

  • Access Card means an ATM card, debit card or credit card and includes our Visa Card

  • NERC Interchange Distribution Calculator means the NERC mechanism that is in effect and being used to calculate the distribution of energy, over specific transmission interfaces, from energy transactions.
