CONTACT WITH END USERS. Each Party shall be the primary contact and account control for all interactions with its own End User. If a Party is contacted by an End User of the other Party, that Party shall: (a) provide only mutually agreed referral numbers in response to inquiries about the other Party's services or products; (b) not disparage the other Party or its products or services; and (c) provide information about its own products or services only in response to a specific subscriber inquiry about such products or services.
