Construction driver (dumper means an employee who is engaged in driving a mechanical dumper and who is, in terms of Government Gazette No. 2503 of 30 March 2001, regulation 3(e), in possession of at least a Code B or Code BE driver’s licence (holders of Code C, C1, C1E or CE driver’s licences also qualify);

  • Construction Work means any work in connection with

  • Constructional Plant means all equipments, materials, appliances or things of whatsoever nature required for execution, completion or maintenance of the works (as hereinafter defined) but does not include materials or other things intended to form or forming part of the permanent work.
