Conforming Amendment definition

Conforming Amendment has the meaning specified in Section 2.15(f).
Conforming Amendment means any amendment to any Second Lien Document that is substantively identical to a corresponding amendment to a comparable provision of a First Lien Document.
Conforming Amendment means (a) an amendment to this Agreement to make corresponding changes to this Agreement to reflect any changes to the Indenture effected pursuant to Article VIII of the Indenture and (b) amendments to remove conflicts or inconsistencies with the Indenture as determined by the Collateral Manager.

More Definitions of Conforming Amendment

Conforming Amendment means any amendment to any Second Lien Document that is substantively identical to a corresponding amendment to a comparable provision of a First Lien Loan Document.
