Compensation Warrant Certificates definition

Compensation Warrant Certificates means the certificates representing the Compensation Warrants;
Compensation Warrant Certificates has the meaning ascribed to such term on the second page of this Agreement;

Related to Compensation Warrant Certificates

  • Warrant Certificates means the certificates representing the Warrants;
