Company Stock Award Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3(c).
Company Stock Award Plans means any plan or arrangement or agreement relating to stock options, restricted stock, stock appreciation rights, performance shares, restricted stock units, dividend equivalents or other equity based awards of the Company listed in the Company Disclosure Letter, including the Stock Incentive Plan and the Executive Incentive Plan.

  • Company Restricted Stock Award means each award with respect to a share of restricted Company Common Stock outstanding under any Company Stock Plan that is, at the time of determination, subject to forfeiture or repurchase by the Company.
