  • From and after the Effective Time, there shall be no further registration of transfers on the share transfer books of the Surviving Company of Common Shares or Company Share Awards that were outstanding immediately prior to the Effective Time.

Related to Company Share Awards

  • Restricted Share Award means an award of Restricted Shares.

  • Plan Share Award or "Award" means a right granted to a Participant under this Plan to earn or to receive Plan Shares.
