COMPANY RESTAURANT definition

COMPANY RESTAURANT means a restaurant owned or leased and operated by a Loan Party or any Subsidiary of a Loan Party.
COMPANY RESTAURANT means one of the Restaurants listed on SCHEDULE 1.A. "COMPANY RESTAURANTS" means such sixty (60) Restaurants, collectively.
COMPANY RESTAURANT has the meaning ascribed to such term in paragraph A. of the Recitals. “Concept” has the meaning ascribed to such term in paragraph A. of the Recitals.

  • Restaurant means a business location:

  • Restaurants means a business that prepares and serves food and drinks to customers.

  • Stores means the goods specified in the Supply Order or schedule which the supplier / contractor has agreed to supply under contract.

  • Hotels means the hotel properties described in Exhibit A hereto, as it may be amended from time to time by mutual agreement of Lessee and Operator to add hotel properties or to delete hotel properties as a result of termination of this Agreement with respect to one or more hotel properties pursuant to the termination provisions set forth in this Agreement. “Hotel” shall mean any hotel set forth on Exhibit A as it may be amended from time to time.

  • Hotel means any establishment used for the purpose of temporary, overnight lodging for which a fee is paid and reservations are required.

  • Signage means advertising displays, hoardings, Glow signs, neon signs, LED signs, LCD signs, any digital signs, any sort of display intended to convey information and described in the schedule.

  • Cart means a plastic Container with a hinged lid and wheels that is serviced by an automated or semi- automated Collection vehicle. A Cart has capacity of 20, 35, 64 or 96 gallons (or similar volumes).

  • Kiosk means a department in a RIME Store.

  • Casino means a casino as defined in section 1 of the KwaZulu-Natal Gaming and Betting Act, 2010 (Act No. 8 of 2010);

  • Brand means the brand name set forth in the Addendum.
