The Manager will be responsible for administering the gift card programs of each Brand and will collect the proceeds of the initial sale of gift cards that are sold on the internet, at Company Restaurants, at third party retail locations or at other gift card vendors in one or more accounts in the name of the Manager (or a Subsidiary thereof).
