Company Responsibilities definition

Company Responsibilities means any activity conducted by Investigator on behalf of Company as an employee, contingent worker, consultant, collaborator, as the case may be.
Company Responsibilities. The Company shall provide Consultant with all information reasonably requested by it and shall make its officers and professionals available to them at reasonable times and upon reasonable notice. The Company shall provide reasonable cooperation and assistance to Consultant in connection with the performance of Consultant's duties hereunder.
