Company Responsibilities definition

Company Responsibilities means the Investigator’s professional responsibilities associated with his or her Company appointment or position, such as research, teaching, clinical activities, administration, and Company internal and external professional committee services.
Company Responsibilities means an Investigator’s professional responsibilities on behalf of the Company, and as defined by the Company in its policy on FCOI, which may include for example: activities such as research, research consultation, teaching, professional practice, company committee memberships, and service on panels such as Institutional Review Boards or Data and Safety Monitoring Boards.
Company Responsibilities. The Company shall provide Consultant with all information reasonably requested by it and shall make its officers and professionals available to them at reasonable times and upon reasonable notice. The Company shall provide reasonable cooperation and assistance to Consultant in connection with the performance of Consultant's duties hereunder.

  • Outside employment and/or board memberships will generally be permissible if the affiliation does not diminish the Employee, Officer, or Director’s ability to perform their Company responsibilities and such outside organization’s mission and/or activities are not in conflict with the Company’s business and/or interests.

  • All Investigators must disclose their COI that are related to the Investigator’s Company responsibilities to the Company’s COI Committee, through the applicable GMS, on an annual basis.
