Company Floor Account definition

Company Floor Account means that portion of the Trust Fund which, with respect to any Member or Deferred Member, is attributable to his “Company Floor Account” under the ISP that was transferred from the ISP to the Plan and any investment earnings and gains or losses on such account in the Plan.
Company Floor Account means that portion of the Trust Fund which, with respect to any Member or Deferred Member, is attributable to Company Floor Contributions and any investment earnings and gains or losses on such account in the Plan.

Examples of Company Floor Account in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, a Member who withdraws amounts from his Company Floor Account, his ESOP Account or his Vested Share of his Company Matching Account pursuant to Section 9.2 shall have Company Matching Contributions made pursuant to Section 5.1 suspended for a period of three months following the applicable Withdrawal Valuation Date.

  • Company Floor Contributions made for a Member shall be allocated to the Company Floor Account of such Member, as soon as practicable after such contributions are made to the Trust Fund.

  • A Member shall at all times be 100 percent vested in, and have a nonforfeitable right to, his After-Tax Account, Before-Tax Account, Company Floor Account, Prior Plan Account and Rollover Account.

  • Company Floor Contributions shall be invested in the Target Retirement Fund that is appropriate based on the Member’s year of birth (or such other Investment Fund as may be designated by the PFTIC) until the Member makes an investment election pursuant to the provisions of Section 7.2. Company Floor Contributions shall be credited to the Member’s Company Floor Account.

  • The Vested Share of each Member’s and Deferred Member’s Company Matching Account, Company Floor Account and Prior Plan Account shall be determined in accordance with Article 6.

Related to Company Floor Account

  • Company Matching Account means (i) the sum of all of a Participant's Annual Company Matching Amounts, plus (ii) amounts credited in accordance with all the applicable crediting provisions of this Plan that relate to the Participant's Company Matching Account, less (iii) all distributions made to the Participant or his or her Beneficiary pursuant to this Plan that relate to the Participant's Company Matching Account.

  • Rollover Account means the account established hereunder to which amounts transferred from a qualified plan or individual retirement account in accordance with Section 4.6 are allocated.

  • Tax Account shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.6 hereof.

  • Matching Account means the account maintained on the books of the Employer for the purpose of accounting for the Matching Amount and for the amount of investment return credited thereto for each Participant pursuant to Article V.

  • Employer Account The Participant's Matching 401(k) Contributions Account, Matching Thrift Contributions Account, Employer Contributions Account, Qualified Matching Contributions Account and Qualified Nonelective Contributions Account, as the case may be.

  • Accumulation Account The account designated as such, established and maintained pursuant to Section 5.01(a)(iii) of the Trust Sale and Servicing Agreement.

  • Cash Account has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a)(ii).

  • Reserve Account Withdrawal Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the lesser of (x) any shortfall in the amount of Available Funds available to pay the amounts specified in clauses (i) through (xvii) of Section 5.7(a) (taking into account application of Available Funds to the priority of payments specified in Section 5.7(a) and ignoring any provision hereof which otherwise limits the amounts described in such clauses to the amount of funds available) and (y) the amount on deposit in the Reserve Account on such Distribution Date prior to application of amounts on deposit therein pursuant to Section 5.8.

  • Company Contribution Account means (i) the sum of the Participant’s Company Contribution Amounts, plus (ii) amounts credited or debited to the Participant’s Company Contribution Account in accordance with this Plan, less (iii) all distributions made to the Participant or his or her Beneficiary pursuant to this Plan that relate to the Participant’s Company Contribution Account.

  • Expense Account has the meaning given to such term in Section 3.01(a) hereof.

  • Expense Reserve Account The trust account established pursuant to Section 10.3(d).

  • Matching Contribution Account means the separate, individual account established on behalf of a Participant to which the Matching Contributions made on such Participant's behalf are credited, together with all earnings and appreciation thereon, and against which are charged any withdrawals, loans and other distributions made from such account and any losses, depreciation or expenses allocable to amounts credited to such account.

  • Employer Contribution Account means, for any Participant, the account established by the Administrator or Trustee to which Employer Contributions made under Section 3.5 for the Participant's benefit are credited.

  • Construction Account means the account by that name established in the FGR Subordinated Indebtedness Fund pursuant to the Second Resolution.

  • In-Service Account means a separate account to be kept for each Participant that has elected to take in-service distributions as described in Section 5.4. The In-Service Account shall be adjusted in the same manner and at the same time as the Deferred Compensation Account under Section 8 and in accordance with the rules and elections in effect under Section 8.

  • Excess Funds Subaccount is defined in Section 8.02(a) of the Indenture.

  • Holding Account means an account:

  • Operating Account means a demand deposit account maintained at the Funding Bank in Borrower's name and designated for funding that portion of each Eligible Loan not funded by a Warehousing Advance made against that Eligible Loan and for returning any excess payment from an Investor for a Pledged Loan or Pledged Security.

  • Active Account means an individual investment account in the Plan with a balance greater than $0.

  • Retention Account means an interest bearing Dollar account of the Borrowers opened or (as the context may require) to be opened jointly by the Borrowers with the Account Bank and includes any sub-accounts thereof and any other account designated in writing by the Agent to be a Retention Account for the purposes of this Agreement;

  • Share Account means the brokerage account established by the Agent for each Participant to which shares of Common Stock purchased under the Plan are credited in accordance with Section 9. The Share Account will be established pursuant to a separate agreement between each Participant and the Agent.

  • General Subaccount is defined in Section 8.02(a) of the Indenture.

  • Cash Reserve Account means an Eligible Deposit Account established in the name of the Trust and designated as the Cash Reserve Account for the purposes hereof, the balance of which shall be subject to the control of the Trust for the benefit of the Trust and the Seller and applied in accordance with the terms hereof, which account shall bear interest and shall initially be account number [*], maintained at [*];

  • Series Reserve Account means the Reserve Account for the Series of Bonds established in the Reserve Fund by Supplemental Indenture in an amount equal to the Series Reserve Account Requirement for such Series of Bonds.
