Company Cash definition

Company Cash means all cash and cash equivalents of the Company (including marketable securities and short-term investments), in each case determined in accordance with GAAP.

Company Cash means all cash on hand or on deposit to the credit of the Company on the Closing Date;

Company Cash means the cash and cash equivalents of the Company and the Subsidiaries, net of restricted cash, the Seller Float and the “Reverb Bucks” program, calculated in accordance with the Accounting Principles (including wires sent to and checks deposited in accounts of the Company or the Subsidiaries to the extent such wires and checks have not been credited, but excluding the aggregate amount of cash needed to fund wires, checks, drafts, draws and any electronic disbursements written or ordered by the Company or the Subsidiaries but not cleared).

Company Cash means the aggregate amount of all cash and cash equivalents of the Company and its Subsidiaries determined on a consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP. Company Cash means, as of the Closing Date, without duplication, the aggregate of all the Company's cash and cash equivalents in hand and, to the extent not already reflected in cash and cash equivalents, all cash deposits (including cash deposit with any financial, banking, lending or other similar institution as recorded in banking statements), in each case as determined in accordance with GAAP.
