Company Cash definition

Company Cash means all cash and cash equivalents of the Company (including marketable securities and short-term investments), in each case determined in accordance with GAAP.
Company Cash means any and all cash, cash equivalents and marketable securities of the Company and its Subsidiaries, net of outstanding checks and excluding cash or cash equivalents held subject to any contractual restrictions on use (such as cash collateral or amounts held in escrow), as of the Reference Time determined in accordance with the Accounting Principles.

Company Cash means the cash and cash equivalents of the Company and the Subsidiaries, net of restricted cash, the Seller Float and the “Reverb Bucks” program, calculated in accordance with the Accounting Principles (including wires sent to and checks deposited in accounts of the Company or the Subsidiaries to the extent such wires and checks have not been credited, but excluding the aggregate amount of cash needed to fund wires, checks, drafts, draws and any electronic disbursements written or ordered by the Company or the Subsidiaries but not cleared).
