Community Builder Program definition

Community Builder Program means the program outlined in Section 5.1 and as more particularly described in Exhibit G-A.
Community Builder Program means the program created in Iowa Code section 15.308. The pro- gram is administered by the department of economic development and is intended to encourage cities, counties, and unincorporated communities to implement planning efforts for community, business and economic development.
Community Builder Program means the community builder program as defined in 261— Chapter 80.

  • Community-based means a facility, program or service, or open group home or other suitable place located near the home or family of the juvenile, and programs of community supervision and service which maintain community participation in their planning, operation, and evaluation. These programs may include but are not limited to medical, educational, vocational, social, and psychological guidance, training, counseling, alcoholism treatment, drug treatment, diversion programs for first-time offenders, transitional living, independent living and other rehabilitative services;

  • Nursing program means a series of courses leading to an LPN certificate or an ADN degree provided through a Wyoming community college; or a BSN degree or a Master’s degree provided through the University of Wyoming; or, in the case of a candidate for a doctoral degree, provided through an institution offering the required nursing education courses under contract with the WICHE, or in a distance nursing education program provided through a university that is regionally accredited.
