Collateral Reserve Amount definition

Collateral Reserve Amount means, as of any date of determination (and after giving effect to any Revolving Advances being made on such date), an amount equal to the product of (A) 1.00% and (B) the then applicable aggregate outstanding principal balance of Revolving Advances as of such date.
Collateral Reserve Amount means One Million Five Hundred Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($1,500,000.00) as reduced pursuant to the last sentence of Section 5.2, which shall be in effect at all times unless (i) the Eligible Cash Receipts Percentage equals or exceeds one hundred twenty percent (120%) of the Total Facility or (ii) the Borrowers shall have delivered to the Agent all Waivers required pursuant to Section 5.2 hereof.
Collateral Reserve Amount means an amount equal to the greater of: (i) $17,500,000; and (ii) 25% of the aggregate amount of the Commitments.

  • The Cash Collateral Reserve Amount shall be permanently reduced by the aggregate amount of Available Cash of the Specified Group Members used from time to time to cash collateralize Existing L/Cs pursuant to Section 2.21(a)(ii)(y).

  • Required Accumulation Reserve sub-Account Amount means, with respect to any Monthly Period during the Accumulation Reserve Funding Period, an amount equal to (i) 0.5% of the Outstanding Dollar Principal Amount of the Class A(2022-1) Notes as of the close of business on the last day of the preceding Monthly Period or (ii) any other amount designated by the Issuer; provided, however, that if such designation is of a lesser amount, the Note Rating Agencies shall have provided prior written confirmation that a Ratings Effect will not occur with respect to such change.

  • Initial Reserve Account Deposit means $3,000,000.

  • Yield Supplement Overcollateralization Amount means, with respect to any calendar month and the related Payment Date, or with respect to the Closing Date, the aggregate amount by which the Principal Balance as of the last day of the related Collection Period or the Cutoff Date, as applicable, of each of the related Receivables with an APR as stated in the related contract of less than the Required Rate, other than Defaulted Receivables, exceeds the present value, calculated by using a discount rate equal to the Required Rate, of each scheduled payment of each such Receivables assuming such scheduled payment is made on the last day of each month and each month has 30 days.

  • Reserve Account Required Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, an amount equal to 0.25% of the Adjusted Pool Balance as of the Cutoff Date; provided, however, that in no event shall the Reserve Account Required Amount on any Payment Date be more than the aggregate Outstanding Amount of the Notes on such Payment Date (after giving effect to the allocation of principal payments on such Payment Date).

  • Replacement Reserve Account shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.3.1 hereof.
