Class A-1 Monthly Interest definition

Class A-1 Monthly Interest means (i) for the initial Distribution Date, $[ ], and (ii) for any Distribution Date thereafter, the product of (A) the actual number of days elapsed during the period from and including the preceding Distribution Date to but excluding such Distribution Date divided by 360, (B) the Class A-1 Rate and (C) the outstanding principal balance of the Class A-1 Notes as of the preceding Distribution Date (after giving effect to all payments of principal made to the Holders of the Class A-1 Notes on or before such preceding Distribution Date).
Class A-1 Monthly Interest means, for any Distribution Date, the product of (A) the actual number of days elapsed during the period from and including the Closing Date (in the case of the first Distribution Date) or from and including the preceding Distribution Date to but excluding such Distribution Date divided by 360, (B) the Class A-1 Rate and (C) the outstanding principal balance of the Class A-1 Notes as of the Closing Date (in the case of the first Distribution Date) or as of the preceding Distribution Date (after giving effect to all payments of principal made to the Holders of the Class A-1 Notes on or before such preceding Distribution Date).
Class A-1 Monthly Interest means, with respect to any Series 2003-2 Interest Period, an amount equal to the product of (i) the Class A-1 Note Rate for such Series 2003-2 Interest Period, (ii) the Class A-1 Invested Amount on the first day of such Series 2003-2 Interest Period, after giving effect to any principal payments made on such date, or, in the case of the initial Series 2003-2 Interest Period, the Class A-1 Initial Invested Amount and (iii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of days in such Series 2003-2 Interest Period and the denominator of which is 360.

Class A-1 Monthly Interest means, (i) for the first Payment Date, the product of one-three hundred sixtieth (1/360th) of the Class A-1 Interest Rate, the actual number of days from the Closing Date through the day before the first Payment Date and the Class A-1 Note Balance at the Closing Date and (ii) for any subsequent Payment Date, the product of one-three hundred sixtieth (1/360th) of the Class A-1 Interest Rate, the actual number of days from the previous Payment Date through the day before the related Payment Date and the Class A-1 Note Balance as of the immediately preceding Payment Date (after giving effect to any distribution of Monthly Principal made on such immediately preceding Payment Date).
