Collateral Rate definition

Collateral Rate means, for any Interest Period, the rate specified in the Loan Agreement.
Collateral Rate means a rate specified in the Loan Agreement not to exceed one-month LIBOR plus 1.00% per annum.
Collateral Rate means the rate designated as such in the Collateral Agreement, such rate not to exceed LIBOR Rate, as defined in the Collateral Agreement, plus 1.00%.

More Definitions of Collateral Rate

Collateral Rate means the rate designated as such in the Loan Agreement; provided, that for purposes of this Supplement, the Collateral Rate shall not exceed LIBOR plus 1% per annum.
