Coking Coal definition

Coking Coal or “Coal” shall mean raw coking coal produced by the Seller and/or the raw coking coal that has been washed. Raw Coking Coal shall be categorized into different classes, grades and sizes, as per the notification/order issued for such purpose by Government of India(GoI)/CIL/ Seller from time to time. The washed Coking Coal shall have quality specification as per Clause 4 of this Agreement;
Coking Coal means coal that is used to produce coke.

  • Trade pattern denoting a standard of the ISI or other standardizing authority of Bharat Coking Coal Limited and / or a general standard of the Industry and obtainable in the open market.
