On the first working day following the Match, the Club Medical Officer must lodge with the AFL a written explanation relating to any Interchange made in excess of the Interchange Cap.
Where such a request is made of a Club, the Club shall ensure that it provides the certificate of its Club Medical Officer as soon as possible following the request and in any event, within three hours of such request.
