CLP WGT Project Documents means each of:
RFP Project Documents means the following documents to be entered into in respect of the Project, by the parties to the respective agreements:
Project Documents means all documents relating to the Construction Loan, Mortgage Loan and Construction Contract. It shall also include all documents required by any governmental agency having jurisdiction over the Apartment Housing in connection with the development, construction and financing of the Apartment Housing, including but not limited to, the approved Plans and Specifications for the development and construction of the Apartment Housing.
Material Project Documents means the Borrower LLC Agreement, the Holdings LLC Agreement, the Construction Contract, the Power Purchase Agreement, the Interconnection Agreement, the O&M Agreement, the Lease, the Water Contract and to the extent material to the Project, any other individual Real Property Document, and each Additional Project Document that is reasonably deemed material to the Project by Lender (in consultation with the Independent Engineer).
Project Document means any one of the foregoing;
Project Contract means any agreement or agreements for the design, development, acquisition, installation, implementation and construction of all or a substantial part of the Project by and between a Contractor and the Recipient.
Project Contracts means collectively this Agreement, the Land Lease Agreement, the Construction Contract, O&M Contracts (if any) and any other material contract (other than the Financing Documents) entered into or may hereafter be entered into by the Concessionaire in connection with the Project;
Project Agreements means this Agreement, EPC Contract, O&M Contract and any other agreements or material contracts that may be entered into by the Developer with any person in connection with matters relating to, arising out of or incidental to the Project.
Construction Contracts means the contracts between Lessee and Contractors for the furnishing of labor, services or materials to the Leased Premises in connection with the construction of the Improvements.
Construction Documents means the plans, specifications, approved change orders, revisions, addenda and other information approved by the City, which set forth in detail the Work to be performed for a construction Project.
Contract Documents means the documents listed in the Contract Agreement, including any amendments thereto.
Construction Contract means the agreement(s) entered into between the Company and the Construction Contractor(s) for the design, engineering, procurement, construction, completion, start-up, testing, and Commissioning of the Facility, and also includes any amendment to such agreement(s) made from time to time;
Construction Agreements means agreements to which Tenant is a party for Construction Work, rehabilitation, alteration, repair, replacement or demolition performed pursuant to this Lease.
Subproject Agreement means any of the agreements referred to in Section 3.07 of this Agreement; and
EPC Contract means the Seller’s engineering, procurement and construction contract with the EPC Contractor.
Project Agreement means the agreement between the Bank and the Project Implementing Entity of even date herewith, as the same may be amended from time to time; and such term includes all schedules and agreements supplemental to the Project Agreement.
Sub-project means a specific development project to be carried out by a Beneficiary utilizing the proceeds of a Sub-loan;
Construction project means the same as that term is defined in Section 38-1a-102.
construction work permit means a document issued in terms of regulation 3; "contractor" means an employer who performs construction work;
Solar PV Project means the solar Photo Voltaic Power project that uses sunlight for direct conversion into electricity through Photo Voltaic technology.
Construction Plant means appliances, machinery with necessary supply to up keep and maintenance of the works or temporary works but dose not include materials or other things intended to form part of the permanent work.
RFP Documents means the following documents to be entered into by the parties to the respective agreements in connection with the supply of power:
Construction Plans means plans, drawings, specifications and related documents, and construction schedules for the construction of the Work, together with all supplements, amendments or corrections approved by the City in accordance with the Municipal Code and this Agreement.
Contractor Documents means one or more document, agreement or other instrument required by Contractor in connection with the performance of the products and services being purchased by the State, regardless of format, including the license agreement, end user license agreement or similar document, any hyperlinks to documents contained in the Contractor Documents, agreement or other instrument and any other paper or “shrinkwrap,” “clickwrap,” “browsewrap” or other electronic version thereof.
Project Company means Company incorporated by the bidder as per Indian Laws in accordance with Clause no 3.5.
Project Completion Schedule means the progressive Project Milestones set forth in Schedule-J for completion of the Project Highway on or before the Scheduled Completion Date;
Development Agreements means all development, utility or similar agreements included in the Permitted Encumbrances.
