CL&P Indenture definition

CL&P Indenture has the meaning assigned to that term in Section 7.02(a)(ii)(B) hereof.
CL&P Indenture means the Indenture of Mortgage and Deed of Trust dated as of May 1, 1921, as amended as of the date hereof, between CL&P and Bankers Trust Company.
