Client Broker definition

Client Broker has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1 hereof.

  • The parties further understand and acknowledge that GBM Wealth Management is a financial institution subject to federal and state customer and consumer privacy law and regulations, including Title V of the Xxxxx-Xxxxx-Xxxxxx Act (15 U.S.C. 6801, et seq.) and regulations promulgated thereunder, such as Regulation S-P (collectively, the “Privacy Laws”), and any Customer Information that GBM Wealth Management receives from Client, Broker or Custodian is received with limitations on its use and disclosure.

  • GBM Wealth Management does not assume responsibility for (a) the accuracy of information furnished by Client, Broker, Custodian or any other party and maintained in GBM Wealth Management's records, or (b) any loss incurred by or resulting from, directly or indirectly, the removal or withdrawal by Client of any monies or Securities from the Account.

  • Client expressly waives any right to object to any transaction or terms of any transaction reflected in such Statements, whether effected by Client, Broker, Clearing Firm or its Affiliates or any other person if such objection is not made within the applicable time period set forth above.

  • Client agrees that, without notifying Client, Broker and Clearing Firm may request a new credit report in connection with any review, extension, or renewal of the Account.

  • New West will not be responsible for, nor liable to the Client, for any loss or liability incurred by the Client by reason of any action, omission, or inaction on the part of the Client Broker, whether or not said Client Broker, was recommended by New West.

  • Data Broker means either of the following:

  • Prime Broker means a Person that acts as credit counterparty for transactions executed on the SEF in the name and on behalf of such Person by its client or an agent of its client that is a BSEF Participant and that has authorized a Participant to send RFQs, place Orders or enter into Trades in the name and on behalf of such Person.

  • Customs Broker means that individual, partnership, entity or corporation licensed by the Canada Border Services Agency, or other authorized body, to engage in the business of a customs broker and who is named as the Customs Broker in the Agency Agreement and Power of Attorney.
