Clearance Costs definition

Clearance Costs means all fees paid by Company to 3rd party companies for credit card clearance, money transfers, e-wallet, and any other payment methods including (but not limited to) deposit fees and chargeback fees.
Clearance Costs shall have the meaning assigned to it in paragraph (c) of the definition of Eligible Inventory.
Clearance Costs means any and all amounts in respect of the purchase and transportation of such Inventory or Equipment, as applicable, including duty, freight, brokerage fees, insurance and other similar costs, other than the purchase price.

  • Accordingly, Licensee shall either (i) pay for such IP Clearance Costs directly or (ii) in the event Licensor and/or Artist pays for any IP Clearance Costs, reimburse Licensor and/or Artist (as applicable) for such IP Clearance Costs within thirty (30) days following receipt of documentation evidencing the same.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the Supplier shall ensure that no Third Party Residuals and Clearance Costs arise from the Authority's exercise of the Authority Rights.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, all IP Clearance Costs shall be deducted in calculating Net Profits pursuant to paragraph 9 below.

  • If the aggregate cost of removing any objections made by Purchaser to title or survey (the "Title Clearance Costs") plus the Violation Clearance Costs (as hereinafter defined) shall exceed $15,000 , Seller shall not be required to remove such objections if Seller so advises Purchaser in writing within ten (10) business days of Seller's receipt of Purchaser's notice of objections.

Clearance Costs only means those costs not already included in the damage valuation of clearing and/or demolishing and/or destroying insured items aboveground at the insured risk address and at the immediate vicinities of the aforementioned address, to the extent that this clearing and/or demolition and/or destruction is the necessary consequence of the damage covered by the policy.
